These folks here are AWSOME!! I will never go to anyone else. They found me a general physician, they check up on me the next day, VERY VERY thorough exam, very speedy and most of all LOVE THAT POPCORN �!!

Went to Hospitality ER Sunday for a rapid heart rate. This place by far exceeds any "regular" ER. There was NO wait, they were extremely thorough and even called the next day to see how I was doing. I will NEVER go to a hospital ER again. Thank you Hospitality ER for taking such good care of me.
I went into this facility and was so welcomed. Didn't have to wait long at all. When they discovered my heart rate was low, they immediately found a room for me. I was given three massages while there for seven hours. That helped me to relax as my bp was all over the place. Even got an offer for popcorn! This place goes above and beyond what you would expect at an ER facility. Dr. Lugo and the staff were amazing!!! We brought in a fellow team member from camp and were met with incredible service! Highly recommend Hospitality Health ER!
We were welcomed with smiling faces and amazingly fast and efficient service for one of the team members that I had at camp this last week in East Texas. Dr. Lugo was gentle and kind as well as professional and knowledgable when looking at the condition that our friend came in with. The location was clean, smelled nice, and had more than enough snacks to choose from when in a waiting room late at night. My husband had to go to HHER last Monday and had bronchitis. Whatever they gave him helped soooo much. He was able to go to work the next day. AND, we just can’t say enough about the hospitality lady, Sandy Patterson, who was so helpful, kind, thoughtful, and just made us feel so comfortable and relaxed (snacks, drinks, food, a blanket). She’s a jewel!
