RecommendedI went to HHER after being turned away from an Urgent Care and unable to get in to see my PCP the previous day. Apparently I was in bad shape. I developed a severe infection due to not being treated as soon as it possibly should have. The staff took immediate note that I was weak, very pale, dehydrated, and in some pretty bad pain. They got me in immediately, started care. I had to stay the night for Obs due to the severity of my infections. We had to take my daughter to Hospitality about 2 weeks ago. Even though she ended up being transferred to Children's, we are still happy with the level of care they provided our 4 year old. They did a lot to try and make her as comfortable as possible, even though she was in the hospital. The staff here is so great. 11/17/18 EDIT: I still love this place. Visited HHER for the first time this morning. Everything I had heard about them was true! Amazing waiting area full to the brim with every snack/candy you could want, fridge with drinks, coffee machine with tons of flavors to choose from. I didn't even have time to choose a snack or fill out my paperwork before they called my name. I was taken right to a room and assessed. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and welcoming. I’m not sure how you can give a 4 year old 4 stitches without making him cry, but Hospitality can. They were so awesome, and they made our little man feel safe and comfortable. We will always use this place for life’s little emergencies.
Ashley is amazing! When she came in the room the entire mood lifted! She was more than accommodating to my mother and me while my mom was being checked out for chest pains. Completely blown away by how helpful and personable she is.
Wonderful, friendly, caring, & knowledgeable staff. They found a blood clot in 30 minutes that Good Shepherd missed, twice. I’m grateful�
I came in to hospitality ER on June 4 after waiting to be seen at Good Shepherd for nearly 3 hours. I was seen quickly and I firmly believe that they saved my life. They had me in for a CT and were controlling my pain immediately. They made arrangements to have me transported to Dallas via ambulance. The care and concern I received at Hospitality was second to none! I will never use another ER. Hospitality is the only way to go. Thank you Hospitality ER for your excellent care and for saving my life!
Never knew a er could be like this they are awesome
Just left from my first ever visit to Hospitality ER Longview. (Have a case of tendinitis and tennis elbow.) The staff, nurses and doctors were absolutely AWESOME! I was treated as if I were royalty, complete with a massage!! They were all so very timely, courteous and attentive from the moment I entered the front door. It was the best ER experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Hospitality ER. I highly recommend this facility if ever you are in need of medical services!!! �
