Nobody wants to HAVE to go to the ER, but when you do, this is THE BEST place to go
Wish there was more stars!!!!!!! Went to Henderson ER and they gave me a shot (no labs or anything) and sent me home. Next day still in pain, went to hospitality and they did EVERYTHING! Found out it was my gallbladder! The staff is so nice!! Also took my 14 month old daughter when she was sick awhile back, and they were so sweet to her. Helped me hold her because my hands were full. Gave her snacks and juice. Just all around amazing!!
When I have a choice, I choose hospitality ER. The past 3 weeks I have dealt with poison ivy. Friday , Icouldn’t stand it any longer. Went in and within 5 minutes, I saw a doctor and on my way to feeling better. I highly recommend this ER.

Hands down the very best in patient care. The treat you and your family like family. I was sick and went here. When my family showed up they made sure they were comfortable and offered to get them something to eat for anywhere they wanted. When I was transferred to another facility I could instantly tell I wasn’t and Hospitality anymore. Not long after I got to the other facility Hospitality showed up with a gift basket and checked on me and my family. I will always trust them with our emergency health care needs!!!!
