We were there last week, treated us like we were at home!! There was a little bit of delay on a cat scan that had to be done, and they gave us a $30 gift card to Amazon and a hour of free jumping at G-Force for the inconvenience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the moment we got there until we left. Wonderful service!
Their services might be great, but they don't accept Medicare, so those that are on medicare will have to pay for their services.
Visiting Hospitality Health ER was a very pleasant experience. All the persons I encountered were upbeat, helpful, joyful, knowledgeable and truly concerned about my son. The experience was quick with very little waiting. The paperwork was as short as the wait, with pleasant waiting room. I would drive from Nacogdoches to Longview if I needed an ER. If you like people, it would be a great place to work.
Unfortunately this was my 5th trip to H.H.E.R. but I've never had a bad experience. Tonight I saw Dr. Emmanuel Lonsdorfer. I felt absolutely awful, and Dr. Lonsdorfer made me feel better and he treated me like I was the only patient there. He took the time to listen to me and truly hear me out so I could explain exactly how I felt and what symptoms I was having. Warm homey comfortable place..Great environment, great service and the most amazing staff.
It’s not very often you leave a doctors office or hospital these days and feel like you weren’t taken advantage of whether by inadequate care or over charged for services. I must say I’ve been in this place twice once with our 2 month old son and today for myself and both times I felt very pleased with the services provided and felt they went out of their way to take care of us! I don’t know how the big hospital ER’s stay open when you compare the service between the two. Thank y’all for the great service.
Longview is very lucky to have this type of facility here. Most importantly the people that help staff this location. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and complimented even though I felt horrible and looked it too. The staff was attentive and met every need even those I didn’t think I would have. They addressed my issues and in less than 2 hours I walked out with answers to my medical concerns. I am beyond grateful to have such caring and compassionate people around me during my visit.
