We got there about 8am this morning. Both of us feeling terrible, I had been there before but Mark had not, so we did our paperwork and waited our turn. Maybe 10 minuets, hard to tell when you feel like crap. Got us in a room checked us over, bp, heart rate, flu screen, strep screen. Mark tested positive for flu b, mine was negative, probably a false negative as we both have the same symptoms. They brought Mark in tylenol immediately to get his temperature down. Next we got chest xrays, ivs, breathing treatments, I began to ... read more

Seriously amazing!! The moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed. We were asked 1000 times if there was anything that we needed. Once back into a room they got the ball rolling and made sure I was happy which included a free massage!! Seriously just what I needed to take my mind off of the pain that I was having. After getting diagnosed I was sent home with a nice gift and a free blanket. The next day I got a phone call to check up on me and I told them I was being sent to the hospital. This was after the fact of them s... read more

After 2 doctor visits, 7 days of being sick, I finally took someone's advice and went to Hospitality Health ER in Tyler. It really exceeded my expectations. The staff was very hospitable. The rooms were nicer than hotel rooms we've been in. FREE snacks. And, someone FINALLY listened to me. They gave me a shot (which is what I had been asking for) of Rocephin, a steroid shot, and a prescription for antibiotics. Two hours later, I am feeling somewhat NORMAL again. And, when we got ready to check out.......NO COPAY!!!! I may ge... read more

I walked into the doors with sever leg pain thinking I had a blood clot. I have the lady’s my cards and my name. Within 1 min I was put into a wheelchair and taken to room 1 and was met by my nurse and tech, who started to ask why I was there to visit them. They could see the amount of discomfort I was in and they sprang into action. With in 5 min of getting to my room, I had the Dr come see me, an IV established, labs taken and given pain meds for my leg. 10 min into it, ultrasound was in looking into my concern. 30 min int... read more

I have been here before and enjoyed it. But last night the dr treated me like I was crazy and discharged me with pain levels rising. He didn’t listen to what I was saying at all, interrupted me several times while I was speaking, and was just flat out rude. I left in tears and vomiting with no relief. I don’t believe any human should be treated like that.
