In and out in less than 2 hours and a fantastic experience with a sick teenager.
After 3 ER's yesterday, an ambulance ride and finally being admitted to Childrens in Dallas, I can without a doubt say our care at Hospitality far exceeded the other 2 facilities (Longview Regional and Childrens Dallas) and the ambulance service. We were cared for exquisitely and the attention to the comfort for our son and for me while waiting to be transferred was head and shoulders above the other facilities. Wow!! I'm sick right now, waiting on a doctor & then this massage therapist comes and gives me a massage!! Like where did this hospital come from? Heaven I believe, they definitely make you feel welcome & comfortable.. thank you for giving me a blanket, God bless all staff and owners
This best treatment , they treat you like your the only one there. If your not your self and need a doctor this is the place to be.
As a nurse who has worked at many different Emergency Rooms both small and large, I can say without a doubt Hospitality Health ER is THE BEST EMERGENCY ROOM I’ve ever worked for. They care for their patients in a way that is so rare in medicine these days, and they care about their staff in a way that just doesn’t happen at other facilities. I can’t lie, this place takes hospitality to a whole new level. However, I was most impressed with their speed. If they are capable of running an ER this quickly and efficiently, then everywhere else should be able to do the same. When they said someone was coming to start an IV, she was there in 2-3 minutes. When they said they were coming with some medicine, they were there in 2-3 minutes. When I became nauseous and hit the call light, the nurse was there immediately and was back with something for nausea in 2-3 minutes. I... read more
