My son woke up not feeling good and there was only one place I knew could get him in and out and ready to enjoy his spring break and that was Hospitality ER!
Thank you to the staff of Hospitality ER! Amazing experience!! We will not hesitate to come next time. Absolutely the BEST in care, no hassle with paperwork, and we were home in no time. Did I mention that triage includes a massage!!? Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!
The name says it all! We were seen promptly and the hospitality was out of this world! I will recommend them to everyone!
RecommendedThe facility was very nice and the staff was very friendly!! I was satisfied until I got the bill.... I went in with flu symptoms.....had my nose swab for the flu and tested positive for the fluA.... received one steroid shot and they wrote me some prescriptions ( which were filled and paid for at a different location) and I received a bill of $3,098.75 .... I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. It should be illegal to price gouge people like that.
I have never been to an ER where the staff have cared for me or one of my family members the way this place does. They ALL go out of there way to make you feel comfortable, and explain everything in a way that you leave having all of the information you need. Thank you for serving my community.
The staff was amazing; the rad tech, Dr Hall, Justin my nurse, and literally every person that walked by....Everyone was so sweet and happy and even if I wasn't their patient they still asked if I needed anything. I had to sit in the hall because it was so busy, but I was ok with it. When I was leaving they gave me a gift card for not being able to put me in a room. I love this place. Went there a few nights ago for my daughter! I am absolutely in love with this place! I was describing the experience to a friend, he said sounds better than most Hotels!!
