RecommendedI have to say, I’ve been sick since Wednesday evening and finally went to the Hospitality ER by Home Depot in Tyler. That is the most amazing place I have ever been and had the best service I have ever received!!! They treat you like royalty and the place itself is decorated with the best and spotless. Great staff, great facilities, beautiful location. The care is good and they never mess up the insurance billing. I won’t go anywhere else in Longview for after hours care if needed. ��
Absolutely the best freestanding ER! The staff is ver professional yet friendly from the moment you walk through their doors. The ER physician that took care of me even came by to the hospital after I had to be admitted for surgery, to check on my condition.
I seriously cannot day enough nice things about this place. We drove about 30 min to bring our daughter here. From the moment we walked in, we were treated wonderfully and with genuine concern. We didn’t have much of a wait, but during that time we were checked on twice and THANKED for patiently waiting. I don’t think that’s ever happened at any ER I’ve ever been to before! this place is the absolute BEST. i came in with a broken leg on easter and the staff was truly amazing, this is the nicest, cleanest, best staff, easy to get into place i have ever been! 5 stars is not enough for these folks! they get 10 in my book.
They take care of public school educators and their families. I showed them my school ID badge. As we were walking out last night at midnight. The lady said you have a $100 co-pay; oh wait, isn't she a teacher. My husband said, "No, she is a Principal". She said, "You don't owe anything. Have a good night." Our daughter was there a few months ago. Had all kinds of major test ran. Never saw a bill. Teacher and educator's families are well taken care of. They came to KISD and made us that promise and are standing by it!
I hate going to the ER but Hospitality made my visit the best visit ever. You all gave the best hospitality hands down�
