Hospitality ER made my visit with them so comfortable. It took a while to get back, but working in an ER before I understood that right now is peak season for ER visits due to the cold/flu. While waiting in the waiting room, my husband and I were addressed multiple times by staff to see if there was anything they could do for us. Omg where do I begin? The valet service was so helpful! Everyone was so polite! They had popcorn and all kinds of snacks. The try really hard to make you comfortable and were coming around like every 15 mins to see if we needed or wanted anything. I even got a massage! It was not a typical ER visit! They were so comforting to my little girl and helped us dealing with this whole flu epidemic! Unbelievable ! I felt better just being there .I was miserable .I sat at another Dr office for 1 1/2 hours and left.I felt bad ,was hungry and aggravated and drove to Longview.My friend David Franco said this place was heaven.Well he was right.they made me welcome from the get go.if you know me, this could have easily went the other way quick,fast and in a hurry.lol.I want to thank everyone there for babying me when i needed it most This is how you treat people
My first visit to Hospitality ER was everything I heard from the greeting of the young men at front door to the rest of the staff. They were very through in their diagnosis. I never visit the dr offices or ER rooms, but this experience made it pleasant even when your sick. We go to Tyler for all our medical needs, but glad to know we have this facility to go to if needed. Thank you so much Hospitality ER.
And again, we are here and they are great!!! Being treated like a person and not just cattle sure makes you feel better when you are sick. And the Dr. actually talks to you and everything.....
Thank you so much for taking care of my sons earache. I know it was busy and hectic but y'all took good care of us. By the time we walked out he was feeling so much better. Glad we chose Hospitality ER. Please keep up the excellent service.
