Due to my daughter having a allergic reaction to some antibiotics her pedestrian gave her we ended up at Hospitality ER on Christmas day. The staff were beyond amazing with my daughter and myself. Made her feel so comfortable. Gave her a blanket and even let her pick a gift from Santa's bag. We were in and out and very happy with Hospitality Er. I wish all places could have staff as wonderful as they do.
Fast service. Didn’t try to rush you out. Spent time doing tests, and treating symptoms. Truly a 5 Star experience.
Not much wait time, they get you in and get you took care of. Very friendly staff and even fallow up by calling to see how your doing.

It’s flu season and the pediatricians offices are slammed with kids that are testing positive for flu and strep. So when my 3 month old daughter was congested and running a fever, I wanted to make sure she hadn’t caught these illnesses...So I went to Hospitality ER today. I have to say, this place is unlike any ER I have ever seen. I have never been to any health care facility, much less an ER, that had the level of care that we received here today. Thank you Hospitality ER for the great care I received. The staff are ALL very caring from walking in the door through checkout. They do their utmost to make sure all your needs are met. Dr Zipin was very kind, attentive and funny. Special thanks also to JP, Chris and Jeremy who cared for me. These are fine men with a caring heart. I wouldn't hesitate going back to Hospitality ER if I needed to. Merry Christmas
