I call this, "Hospitality ER Spa!" It's that good!!
I went in unsure of what was making so sick so fast and was taken care of in a timely manner for the amount of patients that were there. A gentleman constantly checked on everyone making sure we were comfortable and apologizing for the wait. Another caregiver brought me juice and offered a snack or a blanket. I felt as if they cared. Love this place!
We were seen within 5 minutes. The entire staff was extremely friendly. Environment was clean, most definitely felt more like a hotel than an ER. I am an RN and I was extremely satisfied with the care my daughter received getting her stitches. Thank you for taking care of my baby. Thank you for the hospitality.
They have complimentary massages, free snacks and drinks, extremely polite and compassionate staff, and they even gave us a goody bag when we left. And they have couches you can lay back on when you're in the waiting room.. very quick visit, the doctor came in right when we got into a room!!! Hospitality ER is the best hospital to go to! This is the place we will go to if we ever have an emergency hands down!�
I went to hospitality health er in Longview after suffering with acute bronchitis and I’m also pregnant so was extremely worried for the health of my baby. The nurse and doctor who saw me was extremely friendly and caring and took the time to listen to me without being rushed. I was seen within 5 minutes of getting there. The er was extremely clean and very well put together! I have never experienced service like this! This is how patients should be treated and will continue to go there if I ever feel unwell like this again.... read more
They are awesome!!!! Quick in and out and I got shots which I love they work quicker!!!! Couldn't ask more a nicer and friendly and professional group

This was the best experience I have ever had at an ER! These people have figured it out. Best care I have ever received, they did everything they could to make me and my husband feel comfortable while I was being treated. It's the personal touch that makes the difference and that's not even mentioning the the skilled professionals. Top of the line!
The staff here is wonderful. This is our first time here and they made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. I would definitely recommend Hospitality to anyone. You all rock.
