Today was a bit of an eye opener for me. The line is clearly drawn between those who have and those who do not have medical insurance.I took my son to Hospitality ER today because he hurt his back. I've been here many times and had nothing but great experiences, but today my insurance was not going thru. I was called to the front where a very rude woman informed me of this. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We where there for 5 hours and every hour they checked on us and asked if we needed anything. The rooms where nice also. The name of the facility is defiantly on point everybody was hospitable did not feel like an e.r. visit at all.
Top notch care even when they are packed. They made me feel comfortable even when I really wasn’t. Way better than going to a stuffy ER and waiting forever. I felt like they truly cared about me and my well being and I wasn’t just another person to rush in and rush out. Thanks Hospitality!
Everyone was so nice! We were in and out and satisfied with our care. Less than 30 minutes total. Couldn’t ask for better service!
Never again will i go to any other e.r. this place is absolutely amazing.
After the wonderful care I received at HHER, they sent me as a direct admit to Longview Regional for further testing. While in the hospital, they sent me a blanket and a really neat note pad. Later that evening someone from HHER came to check in on me and brought me an awesome box of mixed goodies. The next day, I received a follow up call to see how I was doing. I cannot begin to truly express how amazing the facility, staff and the care they provide is.
This place has changed my outlook on Dr. visits. Staff members are caring and friendly, and they will do anything to make you comfortable. They also show their appreciation for teachers. � I would never go anywhere else!
Amazing, patient centered experience of kind, skilled staff
After going through a devistating Car accident where someone lost there life and sitting on the interstate for over 5 1/2 hours and finally getting off the interstate. My wife took us to Hospitality to get checked out for back neck and knee pains. Thinking that we would get cared for and not be charged a rate we where charged and even having insurance they didn't even run my insurance because they saw it was an automobile accident and they charged us a higher rate I was told by there billing company because it was due to acc... read more
