Hospitality Health ER is amazing in both Longview and Tyler. We have used each one once and never want to have to return to a regular hospital ER. They are so kind and helpful - they truly understand the concept of customer service while they help you through your health crisis. Their facilities are clean, modern, and comfortable, while their staff are pleasant, understanding, and knowledgeable.
This is a wonderful place. My son ended up having to stay overnight. They went above and beyond to get answers and make him feel better. The staff is beyond amazing. They have so many extras that make you really appreciate the service they provide. I will not ever go anywhere else when it comes to emergency services. Very clean and fast. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful.
I went in and was diagnosed with pneumonia. Everyone at this facility went out of their way to make my sister and me feel at home. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
This is the number one place in my book. I do not like to go to the doctor, but was forced to. They treated me like I was the only one in the facility. I had wonderful service and treatment from the time I walked into the door and had people actively treating me and working with and for me. They left no stone un-turned and send me away with a treatment plan that works. Great service, great facility. It was CLEAN!!! That in itself is huge to me. THEY FORGET TO TELL YOU THEY TAKE SPECIFIC INSURANCES NOT MEDICARE OR MEDICADE THEY WANT HIGH DEDUCTABLE INSURANCE
This ER is amazing. They actually care about their patients. It didn't take long to see a doctor. The nurses and doctor made me feel comfortable. They explained everything they had to do, so there were no surprises. If we ever need to go the the ER again this is the place to go. I totally recommend 100%.
Amazing, above and beyond customer service! The staff from housekeeping to the physician gave me top-notch service and made me feel at home when I had to have an extended stay in the ER. I received professional and efficient medical care without unnecessary waiting. Go see them!
Went here a year ago with my husband and had to be the patient myself on this latest Labor Day. Both times we were very impressed! Their expertise and care is top notch. I will never go to any other ER. Highly recommend!!!!
