These people really deserve more than the 5 stars! In the past we've only had negative experiences in other ERs. We will make the 30 minute drive to go to Hospitality ER in Longview. They really do thorough exams and testing and go above and beyond on hospitality.
Highly recommended! Super nice facility and staff! Will be back when needed!
This was the most ridiculous hospital I have ever had the chance to go to. I went in for a spider bite and my room mate accompanied me. Before I could fill out the initial paperwork they had taken me back and started on vitals. Ended up staying a few hours due to dehydration had to be on an iv drip for awhile. But in that time, I was treated a massage, various people checking in to see if we needed anything and they would've gotten it at the drop of a hat but I had my buddy to do that. My visit here on 8/11/2017 was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredible. The facility itself is like the Cadillac of emergency rooms. Thank you to all who assisted me while I was there. Thank you 1000x for the kindness and care you all gave to me.
I have been here so many times in the last month and they ALWAYS treat me promptly and with care and respect. The doctors are attentive (never dismissive), the nurses are well trained and skilled (my veins don't always cooperate with IVs) and their follow up is top notch! Plus great free snacks and massage therapists are available. I'm really glad we have private insurance that affords me to be seen at HHER.
The expertise and care from the staff here never cease to amaze me!! I highly recommend them for the smallest to the most concerning issues. Thank you for taking such good care of us!!
My 3 year year old daughter complained of eye pain all day. We got right in and never waited more than a couple minutes between each staff member that saw us. She was given a goody bag full of princess items and treated so well. She was found to have a corneal abrasion, and the doctor was so good with her. She got a t-shirt upon leaving that she won't take off, and even sent me with a goofy bag! Easy, fast, excellent experience. I am a RN and will continue recommending their services.
I can say that Hospitality ER is absolutely the best. Fell when taking Gracie to the vet on Monday. They wrapped me up xray and crutches in less than 2 hours. Someone even came in to massage my neck. I have never had a negative experience there. Everyone is so nice courteous and genuine. The are absolutely top notch. Highly recommend.
They make you comfortable as soon as you walk in. I waited maybe 10 minutes before the Dr. came in. Very efficient and professional. They have a lady that offers to massage your shoulders to make you relax. Great experience! Thank you!
