Had to take my daughter in the other day and had the best experience. Very grateful for the wonderful care and the extra perks were great as well!
I rarely go to the doctor, let alone an ER (I think I've been twice in 29 years). I have been sick for a little over a week and never called my doctor for antibiotics (I should have �). Well, the drainage all went to my ear which cause difficulty hearing and some pain. I attempted an over the counter solution last night around 11:30 and it caused 10/10 pain- equilibrium was off and it caused me to vomit. It became unbearable and I decided to seek treatment. 5 stars aren't nearly enough to rate this ER. From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I exited the service was absolutely amazing. The Dr actually LISTENED to me when describing my symptoms and I was actually treated for the issue, not just given a general cover up and told to follow up with my PCP. If I ever need to go back to the ER this will be where I go.
Omg, the service there was so amazing. I've never liked going to the ER but this was an awesome visit, in and out.....DONE. I was very impressed. Thank you to the Doctor and amazing staff.

From the moment of walking through the front door, I realized this was not your typical ER. Staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. I was taken back before I even finished my paperwork. The environment was clean and welcoming. I felt like a guest, not a patient.
This is a whole new perspective in E.R. Highest standard of care and all types of special amenities to help make the visit as comfortable as possible during treatment. I was so impressed by the kind and caring atmosphere in the air.
This place is wonderful. Unfortunately, I've had more than one visit recently because of a bad fall, and everyone here has taken excellent care of me. I always start to feel better as soon as I walk in. Everyone is so friendly, and there's never a wait. The doctors and nurses really listen to you, and make you feel so much better.
The staff was absolutely amazing and so incredibly attentive. We were in an out in less than 2 hours with an answer about my baby. We will be back. Thank yall so so much for the care and attention yall showed not only my sick child but my other child as well.
