Unfortunately I spent the day here with my mom today: We have never been treated so well! My husband and I were treated like royalty and my mom, the patient, was treated like a queen. EVERYONE we came in contact with was friendly, polite, and professional. Everyone was so determined to make sure all of us were comfortable and without a want. THANK YOU!
What an amazing experience!! Everyone had a smile on their face and tried their best to make Paxton happy! He got presents, a t shirt and I got a massage and a gift bag. Best part? I was home in 1 hour flat!!! Love Hospitality ER!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Hospitality ER. They were caring and efficient and so kind. If you have a late night emergency, start here. You will be glad you did.
Place was great. Was in seeing the doctor when still filing out the paperwork....which was less than a normal new patient package. Once in, everyone was very nice and didn't make it feel like hospital ER visit. The inside was very clean and modern from the waiting rooms to the patient rooms. They had open snack bar in the waiting room which is nice when you make that unexpected run and a little hungry. (Except when your 2 year old sees it) Definitely will use again but hope I never need too!
Unfortunately hospital visits are already stressful for both patient and their families. Hospitality eases that stress by more than half. The staff is absolutely AWESOME. The wait time is not bad. Their protocols for migraine treatement is great. They avoid the "treat'em and street'em" quick process and fully take care of the patient with personalized service. Thank you Hospitality for your service to the community. Highy recommend to everyone...
Although I had heard great things about this place, my expectations were exceeded. No wait time, super friendly staff and we spoke with about 10 people. Everyone went above and beyond. Excellent customer service. I even got a complimentary neck massage, fresh baked cookie and a car detail (a weekend special). Will definitely be back should the need call.
