This was my second visit, the service was fast and friendly. Before I even finished paperwork I was escorted to my room and minutes later the doctor was seeing me as well as stitching up my finger. They offer snacks bar, home made cookies and upon my release I was given a gift bag and a t-shirt. This place is awesome and memorable. I would recommend over any Er facility
They took fantastic care of my 4 year old daughter last night when she came in with a high fever after ibuprofen and a bath! They took excellent care of her and were so patient with her in getting her tests (we got to see pictures of her chest and tummy on the inside!) and her iv. We stayed overnight for observation when tests were concerning and they made sure I had a bed to sleep on right next to her even pjs to wear so i wouldn't have to sleep in my clothes! Super attentive and friendly staff. Nobody walks past without making sure you are doing okay and seeing if you need something. You can tell they care about their patients and want to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of since being sick is no fun. I would absolutely recommend this ER to everyone that needs acute care.
Went in Mother's Day w what I thought was a sinus infection. I had the flu! In out so fast and they even gave me a Mother's Day gift and rose! Great people great place!
Thank you so much for making my sweet Jackson feel better. Thank you even more to the doctors/nurses who are working on Mother's day and missing out on memories being made with their own children and mother's. We know that can be hard. It means a lot that you give up time with your family to be awesome doctors and nurses for people who are ill.
This is our 3rd visit in a week. Once for the concussion, then for the staple removal. Followed today by a visit with my husband concerning a very swollen ankle�The service every time has been amazing! From smiling faces greeting us at the door to a thorough check up by caring professionals in a fully equipped Facility, each visit has been seamless! Oh I forgot to mention the massage. That's right every patient gets one! Thank you hospitality ER.
