The Hospitality Health ER in Longview is undescribable. I have never had such great, kind, and genuine service in my life. My 2 year old was seen and did not want to leave. The whole entire staff was awesome and so was the facility. If you need care like never before Do not choose any other place. I wish there was a 10 star rating because it is most definitely deserved!
Will be coming here from now on for emergencies! Took great care of me. In and out so fast! And I felt so special. They treated me like I was the only person there. �
I was admitted here for observation and I had my kids with me these people took such good care of us the entire night! My son had an accident and wet the bed they changed his sheets gave him clean pajamas and tucked him back in. They made sure they had snacks that night and something to eat that next morning! I am very happy with the hospitality Er ! I refuse to go anywhere else! Thank you to the nurses and doctors my stay at your facility was a 5 star stay!
The BEST, most thorough & compassionate emergency medical care that I've ever received. Very thoughtful, kind & knowledgeable staff. I will never go anywhere else!
I went in early this morning thinking this ER would be like all the others I've been to before. Boy was I wrong. The moment I walked in I was met with a nice smiling face. The guy at the front counter was very friendly, fast, and courteous. I waited less then five minutes before I was in a room. The nurses were all very friendly and all of them offered me a drink or if I needed anything else. After a short while I got an X-ray and was met with another nice person who was the X-ray tech.
