Unfortunately my wife had to bring our one year old in, but his first ER trip was made as comfortable and as easy as possible by the wonderful staff. The level of care was top notch, but it was the extra things (a tee shirt, a stuffed animal, a toy car, snacks, etc!!!) that made it as comfortable as possible for him and showed that you guys really care. Thank you!!
Had a terrible cough for several days so I headed to Hospitality Health ER for what I thought would be a quick visit. I ended up having to stay overnight for treatment. My experience was exceptional. Everyone helped to take care of me, not just one nurse all of them helped me. The doctors were great explaining everything and getting to the bottom of things to get me feeling better. So accomodating. Thanks for all care I was given. Thanks for the comfy PJs, snacks, and food too! I cant say enough how I appreciate it!

We were visiting family in Kilgore when my daughter hurt her ankle the night before Easter and needed an X-ray. When we arrived, the lobby was clean, beautiful and welcoming. We were met by very friendly, professional staff. I didn't even have time to complete paperwork before we were escorted to a room and had my daughter's vitals taken. Amazing!! The staff was so friendly and compassionate! I have horrible migraines and sometimes ERs just treat you like you are being over dramatic or a junkie. They were kind and empathize with what I was going through.
This is the place to go when this happens to your husband. Great service, clean and friendly staff!
We brought our 6 year old daughter in this evening for a horrible infection in her mouth. They were so friendly the minute we walked in and the wait was not long at all! My daughter received her first IV tonight and even though she was scared and cried, the care and patience they had to make sure she understood what was going on was nothing short of amazing!
