We never expected to wind up in the ER tonight, but my youngest daughter started to complain of a stomach ache on the way to dinner. After spending most of the meal in the bathroom with her, I told my husband that we needed to take her to the ER. It just so happened that a friend had recently used Hospitality ER and had nothing but good to say about their experience, so we decided to give it a try. My husband went to Hospitality earlier this week and the quality of care he received was unbelievable. He was kept overnight for testing and observation. The doctor came in several times keeping us constantly informed of test results and what to expect next. I was provided with a bed to sleep in instead of camping out in a chair. We were both given pajamas together with a bag full of all the toiletries we would need for an unexpected night away from home. Plus a 2:30 a.m. run to Whataburger for a shake! Y'all are amazing!! Made sure I was comfortable and constantly checked on me through the night... also thanks a ton for the flowers sent to regional shows y'all really care about your patients
The atmosphere was amazing, the customer service was stellar! Definitely recommending to friends and family. Would go back. Fresh movie theater popcorn, all kinds of drinks and snacks, & very fast service! We were in and out very quickly! They even gave us a parting gift!
I visited tonight for a quick x-ray. The staff was amazing and the facility was awesome! Thank you for the excellent care.
Great staff! If I had to get the flu I can say at least going through the process of going to the doctor wasn't bad!! Staff was constantly checking on me to see if I needed anything and, I mean anything (something to drink, snacks, popcorn) they got my prescription called in and it was waiting for me. When I left they gave me a get well baggie loaded with goodies! Very professional, very caring staff. I don't look forward to getting sick again but, if I do I know where to go!!
I have been in this hospital and my husband was there yesterday and they took so good care of you I was very pleased with the outcome
I just have to say, this is one of the most amazing places to be treated and wish more medical facilities were ran the way this one is! The staff is amazing and caring and the treatment is one of a kind! Other medical facilities should definately follow suit!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!
