This was our first ever visit to this facility to have Kathy treated for pneumonia. The care and service was phenomenal. Beyond anything I have ever seen, and Kathy too being a nurse lecturer was totally impressed. We were quickly seen to, and from the very start were made to feel comfortable and relaxed beyond all expectations. This will be our first option for emergency care ever again. This place is amazing!! My son was bit by what we think was a spider bite. They treated him like royalty. Gave him pajamas and food. Gave me pajamas since we had to stay for them to observe him because he needed iv antibiotics and steroids. They staff is incredible!! Would recommend them to any one.
We had the greatest experience at Hospitality ER! My son was very sick and diagnosed with pneumonia and the staff took excellent care of him!!! Everyone was so caring and kind!! I will definitely be back and I have already let friends and family know just how wonderful this place is!!!
The staff and service was totally different from any ER I have been around,close to going to grandma's when you are sick,and I appreciate what they did for my wife,she is better in 3 days than she has been in 3weeks after 2 visits to her physician
The wait was minimal and the staff was outstanding. They even called to check on me and make sure I was feeling better. Wonderful facility.
