Amazing experience, wonderful staff, from the front office to the doctor ❤ they gave my son toys after telling him he had the flu, and he was all good!!!! Lol....We will definitely be back!!

All the staff was every nice, friendly, caring n very attentive..By far the best experience I've ever had at a emergency room. I ended up getting admitted and everyone made me and my bf very comfortable, brought him something to eat n gave me PJs to wear, continuously checked us to make sure we was okay n if we needed anything.. They went over n about customer service and they duty..I was very impressed and I will use them from now
Daughter was sick with what turned out to be the flu. Great experience from walking in the door to check out, everyone was very nice and they even offered us snacks and beverages while we waited! The staff was great all the way around. Def my first choice for an ER in Longview!
We loved this place! The Dr. and nurses were so amazing! My girl wanted to know if the Dr. could be her new Dr. Thanks again!

Amereia had a cold last week and earlier today she start complaining about her ears aching and popping when she cough, so I took her to Hospitality Health ER, this is the best place, when I say Hospitality their name speaks for itself, yes I highly recommend this place, they make you feel right at home, I love it, nice, good customer service skills, the nurses and the Doctors are awesome, they give you gift bags, blankets, snacks sodas,coffee all sorts of candies, someone come and check on you like every min. They may have forgotten my food orders, buy my goodness they are amazing! Even though they were busy, they still came and checked on me as I had to stay overnight for observations. This was the BEST hospital stay overnight EVER in a hospital. I had gone in for heart issues and they were very fast & thoroughly looked at everything. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got in to see a cardiologist the next day! I hope if you ever need anything, that you go here! They really mean it when they say Hospitality!
