We took our 6 month old baby girl in with the flu and this is the second time we've used the facility. Once with our 6 year old son and once with her. Their service is out of this world and every staff member went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back of the need arises.

I highly recommend this ER. It is very clean and all of the staff were extremely kind and professional. The short wait time was an added bonus. This will definitely be my first choice whenever there is a need for emergency care.
Second visit. More impressed the second time & I didn't think that was possible. The free snacks, the attention to detail & just how thorough they are, and the free massage for the patient and family was a real shocker! But much appreciated. I'm going in for shoulder surgery tomorrow, and was super stressed when my son woke up with 102.5 temp. 2 days before & trying to get him well asap. 5 Star Facility 5 Star Staff 5 Star Hospitality 5 Star Care Can't say enough good things about HHER...granddaughter, my daughter, & myself have found ourselves in need of care over the course of the past two weeks. Top notch facility, with caring compassionate people to provide quality care.
College daughter was taken here by friends at the recommendation of the softball Coach. Night staff explained to friends what the issues were,because daughter received medication and the staff knew she wouldn't remember what was said to her. Very blessed and pleased with how she was treated.
I just wanted to write a special post to personally thank Hospitality Health ER for taking the absolute best care of me. Unfortunately I wasn't feeling too hot this past day/night and they made me feel so comfortable while keeping me over night. Not only do they treat you like the most special patient, they make you feel like family and I couldn't thank them enough, not to mention all the sweet little gifts they sent me with on the way. I went to Hospitality ER a few days ago while having an extreme case of Vertigo. It was the most terrible thing I've ever experienced. The care I received from the moment I was wheeled in till I left was amazing!! Every staff member I encountered from the doctors and nurses to the front counter staff was extremely professional, friendly and caring. I highly recommend Hospitality ER to anyone!! Thank you to everyone who took such great care of me!
I recently made my second visit to Hospitality Health ER and my experience was incredible each time. Both of my trips were after hours for my primary care and going into the weekend. This place is the most efficient, well staffed and comfortable medical facility I have ever used. We even had a neck massage during our short wait in the room!!!
