This has to be the best experience I have ever had in an ER setting! Every person we encountered with polite courteous and very professional. They even have a masseuse on staff and came around to everyone to room offering a massage for your neck arms or feet for you and/or your guest that is with you! They have excellent hot coffee and goodies in the waiting room in case you have to be there a while. This place is amazing... Best clinic ever. No waiting time, super clean and the doctors, nurses and receptionists are just wonderful. Best customer service ever!!! If I lived closer I would come here when needed. To bad I'm 2 hrs away but even at that I didn't mind the drive.
I've taken our kids here a few times and they are amazing! Our youngest son has several pre-existing conditions and unlike experiences elsewhere they went out of their way to determine what he needed! The staff makes an unpleasant situation pleasent and stress free! Exceptional care!
