This place is amazing. We took my son in after a 4 wheeler accident with his nose split open. They took him back immediately and were wonderful with him while getting him stitched up. We will never go to another ER after being here.
We visited on my daughter's birthday with upper respiratory infections. From the moment we walked in, the decorated lobby, the snack bar, the holiday wassail, all set the tone for an exceptional facility. We had very little wait time, the patient room was large, and the staff was friendly. Our nurse even brought a present for my daughter because she had to get a nasal swab on her birthday. Amazing experience!!! Super fast, very kind and caring staff, and excellent service. Will never go to another ER!
They were amazing. All the staff was so sweet. Took great care of me and made me as comfortable as I could be but I was more impressed on how they took care of my boy friend from just getting back from working 7 12 hour days. He was falling asleep in the chair so they went and got him a blanket and another bed so he could go to sleep. That was awesome.
This place was amazing! My son passed out at school and hit his head pretty hard. Within 15 minutes of walking in they had ran vitals, started lab work, did a cat scan, and had two bags of fluids started because they had determined he was dehydrated. All while doing this, they were trying to make sure I had everything I needed...down to letting me borrow a cell phone charger because my phone battery had died.
I just have to brag on how amazing this place is! They came to my work Tuesday to tell us about themselves so after we heard our daughter needed to go to an ER with her broken arm, we went to check it out. Everyone was beyond amazing, bringing her a blanket to keep, a new shirt, fresh baked cookies, a drink and anything else she would ask for. Even sent her home with a goodie bag. They had her back in a room, X-rays done, and a cast on within an hour. I recommend them to anyone who ever needs a trip to the ER.
I absolutely love this place. I have been 3 times now since I can go after I get out of school and the doctor's office is closed. It is handy, fast, and the staff is wonderful!!! Plus, they help teachers out by waiving our copay! Wahoo!
Great place to go when you don't feel 100%. I had the flu thought I was going to die and they fixed me up. Kind administration and kind doctors and staff . Highly recommend !
