I had an amazing experience!!! They were fast, so friendly and made me feel at home!!! They are constantly checking to see if you need anything!!! From a blanket, something to eat to a coffee bar!! I was in and out in about an hour!!

THE BEST! The staff is incredibly kind and do their best to meet every possible need . Not just for patients but for the parents too! We had to stay overnight and was pleasantly surprised to receive pjs, tooth brush, deodorant, shampoos, lotions, unlimited snacks, drinks, candy..... etc. They made a difficult situation feel some how welcoming and pleasant.
This place goes above and beyond! The entire staff was super friendly and extremely caring. We didn't plan on staying the night, so they provided everything from a phone charger to pajamas, not just for my son but for me as well. We will never go anywhere else!
I haven't had to go yet personally....but I know someone who has taken there child there and has had nothing but amazing things to say about the facility..the staff...and the whole over all family fell of the environment all together. That it doesn't feel like your even in an emergency room environment at all...I will ABSOLUTELY be taking my daughter to you all if I have anything I need done to her!
