I decided to go get checked out Wednesday of this week. I had been very sick for a few days. As soon as you walk in the feeling of being comfortable is immediate it's a very inviting feeling when your sick. I got checked in fast and before I knew it a nurse was there to take me back to my room. The room was great my husband and son were with me and both were very comfortable with the seating and tv. There were asked about every 30 minutes of they needed a drink or snacks they took good care of my little guy keeping him busy ... read more
Best experience I've ever had at an emergency room. Very nice facility. The staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My husband was experiencing shortness of breath. They immediately ruled out anything serious. It ended up being allergies. No wait time.... we were in and out within an hour. We will definitely use them again!
After Good Shepherd Medical Center in Marshall made me crawl out of their ER w/ my blood pressure 225/84 and not being able to breathe. My girlfriend drove me all the way to Longview because I have used Hospitality in the past. They always take great care of me and I will continue to use them over anyone else!
The staff is awesome and very gentle with you and also offer the best refreshments in town and always keep you warm with the lovely blanket they offer there, the best ER ever I love it and they give you great prescriptions to heal you in a week's time ! �
I took my 8 yr old Abbie here on a Sunday afternoon, she had a really high temp and very weak. I was extremely impressed from the second we walked in! Every one took great care of Abbie! Before we left they gave her a pink gift bag full of fun stuff that she loved!!!
Absolutely zero wait, so clean & beautiful. The staff was so caring & friendly. They send you home with goodies & check back up on you in a few days. You seriously do not get this kind of care at other hospitals. I highly recommend them to everyone & will always use them from here on out. They also recently donated medical supplies to a special needs child who lost all of her equipment & insurance & wouldn't of survived without it. That just goes to show you how generous & caring they are.
Amazing facility. They work with first responders and teachers in amazing ways!!! Only family owned stand alone in our area and have amazing people!
