I am so thankful for everyone who took such amazing care of me last night...my family will never go anywhere else!! My husband was more than impressed and he is not easy to please when it come to health care. Not only did you make me comfortable but also made my husband comfortable too...you answered every question we had without hesitation...I highly recommend you to everyone!!
This was the best experience, that I've ever had, at a medical center/ER. Highly recommended by myself and family members. Everyone is so kind and compassionate and the amenities are phenomenal. I cannot say one negative remark about our experience.
Awesome place!! I was attacked and stung by hornets�. I was immediately taken back and taken care of. While getting meds a nice lady came by the room and offered us lunch!! Sandwiches, chips , drink and hot out of the oven cookies!! I was treated like a queen! Fast, very friendly, competent at every level!! I got to keep my blanket and they gave me a parting gift bag!! Highly recommend to all and I will definitely go again if need be!!
Beautiful facility. Every employee is as friendly and caring as they come. This ER really cares about patients and their families. I would recommend them over any other East Texas Emergency room.
My wife broke one of her toes and I took her to H.E.R. And I watched the kids while she was being seen and treated by the doctor and nurse. This is by far the best experience that I've ever had in a ER or a doctor's office, ever! Everything was done on site from X-Ray to actual treatment. Great people at the front desk on back to the Doctor. She was in and out of there in 30 minutes! If a small treatment center can offer this kind of care this fast while I watched TV and my kids had snacks, why can't a BIG hospital or the Go... read more
Hospitality Health ER definitely lives up to its name. I got a staph infection after traveling to volunteer to help the flooding victims in Baton Rouge. My illness caused my family to skip dinner but the sweet ladies at the front desk offered to make Jackson some dinner since we missed going out to eat. I've never been treated so well at any medical facility. I have worked in the medical field in Longview for almost 10 years.
Thank you to Dr. Gonzales and staff for such great care.
