Not like a ER at all! I am actually here at the moment...everyone is extremely friendly and constantly asking if there is anything we need and offering snacks or coffee...I feel soo comfortable here...I know where I will be coming to from now on!
Everyone was so nice and made my son feel very comfortable! He made a new friend, Heather his nurse! Definitely would choose this place over any other in Longview.

I needed to see a doctor for myself and had to bring my children.. I never look forward to going to urget care or any ER as it's stressful with long waits. I walked in and felt like I was in a luxury hotel, every staff member I came in contact with was wonderful to us! I got in as soon as I filled out my paper work.. Less than 5 min. And they had a full snack area for guests (which made my girls happy) coloring books for kids, tvs in the rooms while you wait. We had an emergency and had to visit this ER; the customer service was the best I have experienced in any hospital, ER or doctors office. The care and compassion was amazing and this will be the place we come anytime there is an emergency. Our treatment was important to everyone that we came into contact with, from the moment we came in until we left.
This place is awesome. Went last night for my foot and received wonderful care and service. Plus you get a blanket and gift when you leave. My children loved the very well stocked snacks and drinks that they provide.
From the front desk staff to the physicians were ALL very nice and kind!!! Absolutely the BEST Patient Care I've ever received from an ER Facility! Thanks Hector, Brooke, Deb, Kalee, Michael, Dr. Hall, Dr. Archery & Dr. Zipin!! You were all very professional, courteous, caring! You really took the time to make sure that I was feeling better than when I arrived! Your customer service was beyond appreciated by myself and husband! Thanks Again!!!
I took my wife there yesterday evening to have here foot looked at and never had such an experience. These people are fantastic and live up to their hospitality name. Fast and extremely friendly and know what they are doing. Totality different atmosphere. They go above and beyond to make sure the patent and family are comfortable. And by the way, I have never went this far to complement anything else. Thank you
