Love it. Good friendly staff and quick too.
Fast, courteous, professional, friendly staff that listen and care. Every possible need was taken care of and everyone went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and back to 100% as quickly as possible. Great experience!
I was very impressed with the service I received. It was wonderful. I won't be going back to good shepherd anytime soon.
My 7 year old daughter had to be put to sleep to have her eyebrow stitched up from a fall at school. The medical staff here was absolutely amazing! They were top notch. Everyone seemed to generally care about her well being, and how I was handling the situation. This was not the "cattle trough" medical scene; where the just rush patients in and out with no bedside manner. This was people caring for people... Just wish they had primary care at this facility.
My husband took our daughter in at 930pm for a migraine. They were out by midnight. They were fast and accurate in treating her. Very clean and extremely friendly staff.
Amazing service, the staff treated you like a member of the family . Dr. Ernesto Lugo and Antonio were my true Heroes last night. The staff made sure my husband was comfortable while I was being treated. First Class service all the way. Thank You

Best ER experience ever! Would have been better if foot was not fractured! Friendly, well organized, efficient, great care, and stress free!! I loved the people there. Left with a complete write up and a CD with my X-rays in it. Super child friendly! They have a great sense of humor too!
