This place is awesome! I tell everyone about our experience. The Dr along with the staff were very nice and professional. Our family will not go to any other facility. So glad this place is here.
This place was so warm and welcoming and all the works were so nice and made me feel more relaxed at 1:00 am. (I like my sleep) if I ever need to go to the er again I will defiantly be going here. thanks so much
This is the best emergency facility I've ever seen. The staff was wonderful, it was extremely clean, and they got me back very quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. I even got several "gifts" when I left, such as a full-size fleece blanket, lip balm and a gift bag of miscellaneous items. I hope nobody I know ever needs an emergency room visit, but if they do, I highly recommend this facility! Very grateful they are here in Longview!
Everyone is attentive and kind. Before we could finish the small amount of paperwork we were called back. Hector and Randy are AWESOME! They offer complementary drinks and snacks while you wait. The entire staff lived up to their name "Hospitality ER". Thank you and we hope to feel better soon.
Great service I will highly recommend this place to all my family and friends.
My little girl had to get a chest X-ray, & was so scared. The staff made her feel comfortable, were genuinely friendly, & kind. They were extremely thorough with explaining everything they were doing. She even got a little goodie bag of things to do. Never did I feel like we were being run through there like cattle. Would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone.
My husband hurt his knee and went in to have it looked at. Great service, friendly staff, clean facility. We were impressed to say the least. Here we are almost a week later and his knee isn't getting much better so he wants to have an MRI done which is what was recommended if it didn't feel better within a week. We've exchanged MULTIPLE phone calls with them to try to get a Doctors order for an MRI and are still waiting two days later. Their excuse: "we are super busy"....our high impression of them has dropped a few levels... read more
5-Star service. In my 55 years of life, this was the best service experience I have received in a medical facility. Great environment, friendly front-end staff, and very attentive medical personnel. I would love to find a primary care physician who provided this same level of service. Wait time was equal to the time it took me to complete the small amount of paperwork and total length of time from admission to release was under 4 hours.
