The entire staff is very friendly. I felt welcome and knew I picked the right place for my family the moment we walked in. We were seen quickly and the staff made my 8 year old daughter feel safe and comfortable. Very efficient and knowledgeable.
This ER displays what an ER. Is supposed to be quick friendly service and quality care.. Thy even called me to check up on me.. Has the feel of a nice hotel coupled with a small doctor office feel keep up the good job guys
The staff was amazing. We have never witnessed such compassion and hospitality. We were in utter shock at the way the ER was run. It's completely opposite of what you generally encounter at an ER. My kids actually asked if we could go back soon. Super quick, incredibly clean and the staff was amazing.

Wonderful and caring staff from start to finish, answered every question we had and they were extremely professional. No one wants to use an ER but I highly recommend Hospitality Health ER.
The staff at this facility was absolutely amazing!...spent most of the day there with my 9 yr old sick today and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable!!!....the best health I've experienced since I moved here 5 1/2 years ago....If you have any need for urgent care and need observation they do it all.....absolutely pleased!
Amazing staff. Made sure every single one of my needs were met. They even let me take home a very nice blanket!
This place is not like an ER my mom said she felt like we were in Dallas at a really fancy Hospital. We were proud to be at your facility and felt like we were on a retreat for a little bit. I don't want to spoil it for anybody else but you defiantly need to check this place out.
The nicest people I've ever experienced in health care! The facility is exceptional and they took great care of me, couldn't have had a better experience.
