The staff and customer service was amazing. They came and got me within 5 minutes of being there. They were kind and so welcoming. I really like this place and will be going there if I have another need. ☺️
If I could have given y'all 6 stars I would have!! Everything about this ER is mind blowing! If I can help it I wont ever go to a regular hospital again for my emergency needs!!
This facility is truly amazing! From the time we walked in the doors, until the time we left, the staff was exceptional (from receptionist to doctors).They made my husband, 6 year old daughter, and myself(patient )feel like family. They even brought my husband coffee and pizza, and my daughter fruit snacks and juice! I'm telling everyone I know about them, because what they offer is truly rare in this day and time.
If you have to pick an er this is the place to go. The help was great and prompt. I was cash pay and thought the fees were reasonable.
Great staff, fast, friendly and caring. You will not find service like this anywhere! They took care of my sick little one and within very little time she was back to her normal little self! I recommend this ER to everyone!
Great staff and quick service. My 14 year old daughter went in to see them and made her feel at ease as soon as we walked in the door. She was laughing on the way out and stated she might have to get hurt again so she could come back. So much better than the other minor clinics in town. Glad you are here in Longview!

I just want to say that I went in today after having major back pain for about 4 days. Not only was the facility extremely clean but the employees there are so super nice! I will be returning for all of my children's and my future needs! I absolutely love it!
Excellent Facility! Feeling terrible today and could not get in to see the doctor, I chose to go to Hospitality Health ER. Best decision I could have made for myself! I now realize I have a choice in my personal health care and I deserve the BEST. This is the only Healthcare facility where I received personal attention, professionalism, kindness and sincere concern from "check-in to check-out"!
