Dr beers is amazing was awesome with my 6yr old and the nurses are amazing we will be using hospitality ER from now on!
Took my husband in for some eye problems and they took such great care of him! They were so sweet and took all the worry and hassle out of an urgent situation. The interior is BEAUTIFUL. No yucky hospital feel at all. Thanks for taking care of our family! Will definitely be coming back.
Took our very sick two week old in and found he had pneumonia. The staff felt like family and was so reassuring and comforting! They took the best care of our tiny baby and we'll be back if ever needed for sure.
I'm so grateful to have a place like this if unfortunately you have an emergency. The Doctors, nurses, front desk are absolutely amazing. The nurses and doctors don't make you feel like your just a "number" they are gentle and caring - ready to take care of your issues. They gave my 6 yo a coloring book and offered snacks to my family! � I love this place and honestly it doesn't feel like a hosp more like a spa. They have helped me tremendously and I am forever grateful. Julie M.
Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen. The doctor and the nurses were awesome. I was there for a little bit, but I had to get an X-ray and breathing treatment. They came and brought me some snacks while I was waiting in the room. I would highly recommend this place if you are not able to get into your own doctor. They live up to their name and go above and beyond!!
By far best experience at an ER. Everyone was so friendly and quick!
I was in and out in about an hour and a half from start to finish with x rays and everything. Zulama and Maci were the kindest girls I have met at a doctor office. They gave us a free blanket and a goodie bag to ensure that we were taking care of. Overall best place to stop in Longview for healthcare.
By far the best experience to have at an emergency room I brought my son in who was running a fever and had a really bad cough the staff was very helpful in answering any questions and they even put my little guy at ease they made him feel so much better and I was impressed that they gave him a ninja turtle gift bag with all kinds of little gifts in it for him for doing so well I am definitely going back if there's ever a need for them again hospitality ER you are the best
I would recommend this ER to anyone. I was in and out so fast. Not only that, the entire staff was so nice and helpful. From the receptionist to the kind doctors and nurses. My daughter fell ill early in the morning, and was treated right away. She had to get an injection and was very upset. The kind nurse was quick to settle her down and even gifted her a new coloring book and art set. Never have we ever been treated as well as we have been treated here. Again thank you for the way you took great care of my daughter.
