I have been in and out of emergency rooms my whole life and I was regretting going the other day because all the ones in Longview take forever and they are rude and just don't care. But hospitality ER Is so different, my whole visit took less than 2 hours they got me straight in was so nice and tried to make me so comfortable, the doctor came straight in and was so sweet and caring , they offered me something to drink and a snack and ran test on me and it still took less than 2 hours and they made sure they took care of my p... read more
This place is amazing! The staff was friendly from the minute you walk in the door. The personal touches make all the difference! This is what healthcare SHOULD be like!!
So the other day I had to go to the ER and wanted to try the new HHER on McCann. I'd heard great things about it and they really did live up to the hype! The girl at the desk was very personable and pleasant, a comfortable sitting area in the lobby, an entire counter of snacks and goodies, it looked more like a continental snack bar at a high end hotel than any ER I'd ever been to. I traveled to Longview for work and when I arrived I was in dire need of medical attention. Fever, aches/pains, chills, headache, etc. I was referred to Hospitality Health ER by the Manager at Staybridge Suites. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, I was treated with care, compassion and professionally. Do to the holidays I couldn't get in to see my PCP. Went in thinking this would a couple hours. Boy was I wrong. This place is wonderful. The staff is top notch and its clean. I saw the Dr within 30 mins of checking in. I was asked no less than 10 times by multiple people, if I needed anything. I would highly recommend them.
This place is amazing! There was no wait time at all and the staff is so friendly. I hated to have to visit an ER facility, but with the holiday and most doctor offices closed, I felt I needed to get help before I got worse.
