I love this place so well. I will never go to another er unless I am absolutely dying. I love the fact that the DR's, nurses and other medical team members make you feel comfortable with what they are doing as far as explaining and making sure that you know and understand what is going on. They are very thorough and will make sure they have answers before they send you home. While I have visited three times I have never felt like family in an er like I do at hospitality er. They are awesome.
Wonderful place. Can't say enough good about this place. They are taking excellent care boy, and being so patient with this nervous mom. My son was rearended by eightwheelr. No outward sign of injury by they are making sure he is ok. Than you
I was very impressed. Immediately when I walked in, I was surprised by how homey it felt. It was very welcoming and I didn't feel intimidated at all. All the staff made me feel relaxed. I am in school for nursing and my time here made me wish I worked there already! Definitely would recommend.

Everyone in the entire building was awesome!! Treated me like a person and not a number. I actually felt safe at Hospitality!! Sometimes you dont always feel that way because you get stuck in a room and feel like you have ben forgotten. Not here!!! Hospitality was awesome and fast with everything. Thanks to you all !!
Awesome place. They made having the flu not as bad. 😷
Had a fall and went in just to check myself out. Small cut to head. Greeted by a beautiful facility, warm compassionate people. My nurse, Mark and Dr. Zipin were the best!!! I was offered a drink, cookies, and best of all the extras was a massage, which was very relaxing after a fall and my nerves were shaken. In and out in short time. If you are in need, please check this emergency room out. You will be glad you did.
I am not exaggerating when I say the people at Hospitality Health ER saved my life! Not only did they take great care of me, but one of the nurses went above and beyond to use money out of her own pocket to sign me up for yearly membership service with Champion EMS because they refused to take me to Dallas for emergency surgery if I did not pay cash on the spot. Took husband Saturday night and they kept him (Thank goodness)..everyone from the receptionist to the lab techs were wonderful. They listened to his problems and did their very best to fix him. He was treated like a human being and not a number. I came back on Tuesday night for me and the same service. They go the extra mile. They are my go to place!!
