I can't begin to explain the care I have received here..Dr Kelly and his staff were amazing I will never go anywhere else..Dr was in here reclaiming everything at 630 am...and is going above and beyond to make sure I get the proper treatment..love it they also take care of grandchildren here!!
i would just like to first off say Thank You to all the staff. I did not know how sick I was until arrival and let me say I was sick, these people are truly great people caring for people and Its not just about the money with these people from the time I arrived I was seen in less than 3 minutes and mind you its 9 A.M. and was treated like a king all the way out the door from beginning to the end. I visited on New Year's Day, with a horrible cough and fever and just feeling horrible, dr. Kelly and his staff were excellent from the gentlemen at the check in desk to the emt Marcos that took my blood, everyone there went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and to help me feel better. If I ever need er services again I will be back, they were spectacular and I would recommend this er to anyone in need, not to mention they give gift bags upon departure!! This is my 3 rd trip here. I went twice in 1-week for my kids and today for me. This place is AWESOME. Shelly, RN and Mark, LVN are super awesome. Dr. Gonzales was amazing. I recommend this place to everyone. You are in and out with excellent customer service. I am a nurse and we make difficult patients. Thank you Hospitality ER for a job well done.
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about hospitality health ER! Wonderful and personable staff from check in until discharge! Fast and efficient service! Amazing experience for my son's first broken bone!!
Yesterday, I went due to being sick the staff was absolutely amazing. There was no wait at the doctor's listen. After being misdiagnosed a week ago had another local ER it was refreshing to get an actual answer could be put on the proper medication so that I can get well. They also give you a free gift and offer you drinks and snacks. I will definitely be back.
