Had an accident involving chain saw and my finger! The chain saw won! But if something good is to be found, other than huge blessings that I did not lose my finger, it is those who provided care at Hospitality Health ER. Friendly, fast and efficient, offering everything from neck massage to popcorn and beverages and attention to every detail unlike anything I can put in words. There are many choices for care in Longview...but you would be hard pressed to find better than care than Hospitality Health ER. Thank you HHER!
Extremely nice staff and the doctor was really helpful. Didn't take hours to be seen. I was maybe there an hr and a half! Definitely will be coming back.
The staff is absolutely wonderful here! I don't know if we've ever been at a hospital where they seem to care this much!
Incredible service, no waiting problems, everything to make you very comfortable.
We went for my daughter. The metal back of her earring had gone inside her earlobe. They were so patient with her when I had none. We were able to retrieve it without having to do any cutting. Kudos to Judson Lawrence for taking such great care of my daughter. He was patient and kept reassuring her she would be fine. Our RNs, Jeremy and Manny were fantastic. This was the first visit to a Er that not only took care of me medically but made me feel comfortable and as much as home as possible! They have a massage therapist who is there giving massages 💆 to patients and guest! They were awesome and made my stay the best !
Ended up having to stay about 8 hours with HHER. Despite the circumstance, it was a great experience. The entire staff was an absolute pleasure to be around! Thanks for making me well again!
The atmosphere is so inviting and beautiful, and the staff took excellent care of me! My husband and I both also got massages, too. Of course, I hope not to have to frequent any ER, but if I ever had to go back, I'd choose them again in a heartbeat.
