Went here on Wednesday, it was a super nice place even feeling as bad as I did they were all very understanding and helpful in all ways, then on Friday called to see how I was doing and encouraged me to come back because I was not feeling any better. They are so willing to make sure you are well and not getting worst.
I took my daughter in this morning and the entire staff was friendly, reassuring and genuinely happy to be helping us get in and out without stress or worry. My daughter left with MANY treats and goodies that will help encourage her not be scared to go back to the ER if we ever have a need. 5 stars just isn't enough to express they're level of hospitality! Thank you!

Hospitality ER not only meets, but exceeds their name! I was not aware that such care even existed! The staff was all completely professional, extremely caring, and was beyond expectations. Thank you all so much for the amazing services you provide during such a crucial time for patients.
My 14 month old and I visited last weekend. The staff was great. We were in and out in a few hours (very quick considering she needed a chest X-ray, iv fluids and iv antibiotics) Her IV was put in on the first attempt. We had fresh baked cookies, toys, and drinks delivered to our room. We left with a goody bag, t shirts and a baby that was already starting to feel so much better!
My family has been here three times recently, for different reasons, and we have been treated SO kindly each time. The ladies at the front are super sweet and willing to help. The nurses and LVNs are on top of their game, eager to give speedy yet thorough care. The doctors we have seen were very informative and have some of the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. We visited Hospitality ER for the 2nd time yesterday and it was a hassle-free and wonderful experience again! There was no wait, the staff was amazing, and we got complementary back massages before the doctor came in. I can't stress enough how great this place is!!
I'm not sure how you can feel comfortable when you are at a medical facility with the flu, but somehow Hospitality has figured out a way to do it.
Everything you heard positive about this place is absolutely true. By fair the best medical experiences I have ever had. From the staff to facility. Speedy, courtsey , professional. In all my years I've never had medical experience of this such magnitude.
