Having to go to an ER at 11:00pm on a Friday night, I was expecting the usual experience of a long wait and being treated indifferently. I could not have been more wrong! The staff was very attentive and friendly, the doctors were outstanding in their assessment and treatment! If you have the misfortune of needing emergency care, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Hospitality ER!
Will bypass the "traditional" ER every.single.time. because the care here is exceptional. I am a self pay patient and it is worth every penny::the care, thoughtfulness, comfort... it just blew my mind. I showed up at 5:30PM on a Wednesday evening with my 2 year old (my husband was at home with the baby), so I was flying solo. Had to visit ER for my 4 year old son. He had a bad reaction to some bug bites, and his leg was looking crazy. We were in and out in less than an hour. The staff was AMAZING and even gave my sweet boy a gift card for ToysRUs when they heard we would be spending his birthday money there. Hopefully we won't have to visit an ER any time soon, but the next time we need one, we will be going here again!
This is by far the BEST ER experience I've ever had, and I've had quite a few! Upon entering the building, we were warmly greeted, promptly checked in, with very little paperwork to fill out. We were offered fresh baked cookies and something to drink. The waiting room is more looks and feels like a living room There are various snacks out along the countertops that you can enjoy for no extra charge.
