Absolutely the best service I have ever received! Wonderful!
The receptionist was so kind! We were in and out of there in 20 minutes for 5 stitches and a tetanus shot from a barb wire cut . The nurses and Dr. made this 1st time experience awesome and I got a little goody bag�! The facility was spotless and cozy ! Thank you � from the Hudman's from Tatum,TX .
I cannot say enough about this place! They are beyond amazing! My mom was brought there and she ended up getting transferred to longview regional, hospitality er personally brought her a box full of gifts. They asked if she was being treatef good and said if she isnt they would take care of it. Absolutely love that place.
This was the best experience I have ever had in an er hands down. The people were amazing. Never had anyone offer a massage before. Fresh warm homemade cookie. Coffee bar n frg full in er room. Not to me tin the snack bar in the waiting room. I felt as tho I was at the Ritz. And I wasn't even the patient. They treated my mom very well. Thanks for the hospitality.
You all were amazing to me after I took a bad fall Thursday night. I have had to go into other hospitals before for abdominal pain due to endometriosis & PCOS, & I was treated so badly due to how I look. (I actually overheard nurses talking about me) My blue black hair, several tattoo's, & my husband has several tattoo's as well. I mean, I've literally been sent home rocking back & forth in pain, & not even getting so much as an ultrasound to be sure my ovary hadn't turned or I didn't have other cysts causing problems. Excellent care received from this ER. Best ER in town!!
This isn't a doctor's office or stiff staffed ER. I got very sick very quickly today, stopped in and they were SO FRIENDLY from the beginning all the way to the end of my visit. I'm feeling so much better. They treat you like you're a 5 star guest in a spa. Always making sure you're comfortable and they worked with me financially which means everything to me. Thank you Justin (the Dr. And the super friendly nurses who accommodated my queeziness and fear of needles. I'll always come here from now on !
This hospital is unlike any in the area. When you arrive you are treated not like a patient but family. The doctor was in the room before the nurse took my vitals. They were super quick and helped me immediately. I got a massage a free t-shirt and other gift upon leaving. Thank you for making an unwanted ER trip amazing. Will sing your praises to anyone!!
The best er experience I have ever had!! The staff is truly amazing, I couldn't believe how friendly,helpful and compassionate these people are of their job. I will highly recomend this hospital to everyone in the future. Never have I had such a positive experience in an er setting as I did here. Great job Hospitality Er!
