I had the greatest car buting experience at Hooks! Very honest, no pressure and a speedy sale. Bob was awesome and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future

All attempts to schedule maintenance on my 2017 Lincoln Continental have met with negative results. Messages left on Service Department recorder, (During normal work hours), are not returned. Calls to the salesman also met with negative results. Salesman's promisisess to look into the matter apparently haave not materialized. When contact was finally made, (Our call), We were given the run around. I guess that whenever a new automobile is sold, that attention should be given to a dealership that cares.

I went in to get my air conditioner fixed. the wait was pleasant. they did a good job. cleaned the car, I was very pleased. I will definitely go back when needed.
