Have had 4 Lincoln’s from Hooks and always had the best service department. Now have had a problem with my car since last June and still not fixed. Reached out to office for help with no response. I have always bragged about Hooks service and am so disappointed in the whole dealership.

Great people to deal with
I highly recommend this dealership, they are extremely professional, I’ve worked with many dealers over the years and this was one of my best experiences ever. NO “FRONT LOADED” accessories, no BS, they cut right to the chase, the vehicle was ready on time plus the paperwork was ready and took just minutes. Zero pressure to buy add-on services that I didn’t want, plus they found me a way better interest rate than I ever thought I’d get. Our buying experience at Hooks Lincoln could not have been easier or more stress-free. Our sales consultant, Robert Smith, brought the Nautilus in which we were interested to our home, waited patiently while we did a test drive, and answered all our questions about the vehicle itself, our trade-in, and financing. The Service department is hit or miss. Occasionally, I don't get the best service. I paid to have my tires rotated instead of the tire company where I bought the tires, who would do it for free. Hooks told me they would inspect brakes and wheels. They didn't balance the tires. Just rotated. When I called to inquire, I was told that wasn't a part of the package. I have never heard of that before. So I had to take my car in to Discount where it will be done for free. Hooks can change the oil, that's the limit to perfect servic... read more
