Hooks Lincoln has come a long way since I leased my first MKZ in 2015 ! They have listened to customer's & now offer free pick up & delivery from your house for service up to 50,000 miles& 4 years !

The purchase process was great! Everything went very smooth with the purchase of a new Lincoln Continental. Salesman was great. Today went back to get the new plates put on. Was a bit disappointed and surprised at the service for having purchased a luxury car. No plate holders for tags. Also had to ask about a car wash. For years all dealerships that I have bought cars from offered free car washes automatically. Found out they don't do car washes as a rule. I asked for and got a courtesy car wash but when it came out water w... read more
