We purchased this car from Hooks in February 2019 and it is a work horse. It was the easiest car buying experience. Fast forward to December 2019 and the motor on the liftgate went out. The service gives the same experience as the sales department. Damon came out and talked to me about what it was going to cost etc. He kept me updated on when it would be finished that day. My heat went out on my car and it was 32 degrees. They worked me in and I had it back the same day. I love their personal service and a nice clean car that they always return me. Thanks Hooks!!
today was the first time that I went for a oil change.. also got a recall fix I was treated lovely they found something wrong with the car was escorted to show what's wrong with it so got it fixed at a great price I definitely recommend this place I'll be definitely coming back to get my oil changes here.
My first service visit wasn’t impressive, believing in first impressions with a handshake or smile, both were missing. The second chance visit was much better and the care of putting me in a nice loaner etc changed my opinion. I enjoy the product having driven several competitors and now I can have the confidence, maintaining it will be a good experience, as well.
My purchase of my 2018 MKZ was a good experience. Sales, finance were very nice, easy to work with. I have taken my car in twice for service and the service people are very good. I am very pleased.
