I recommend all the sales staff for their courtesy and knowledge of their Lincoln automobiles .. All the sale papers were done in a timely manner.. Mark was the best car sales advisor I've ever dealt with! Honest, straight shooter from the get go. We first test drove the Navigator 6 months before we actually purchased. Mark did such a great job, I walked in a said this is the car I want and he got it ready the next day. I highly recommend Mark and Hooks Lincoln!!

The sales staff is beyond compare. They are extremely well informed and knowledgeable about their vehicles and their hospitality and welcoming friendly demeanor was wonderful. I always felt welcome and well taken care of. They aren’t just a business - they’re a family.
