This is the third Lincoln that I have owned. Troy was very knowledgeable, professional and considerate (especially since it was raining cats and dogs) when he was showing me my options. He patiently explained the accessories and their function. I love my MKS..it is my favorite of all the vehicles that I have owned., I have never had an unpleasant experience in the Service Department
