Consistently excellent staff in the Service Department. Thank you, Carol, for taking care of my daughter's 2015 Honda Civic, which we purchased at Honda West, on July 28. We had a strange "tin can" rattling noise in the passenger front wheel area, unusual for a car so new and lightly driven. I took my car to Honda West this week without an appointment because my battery died earlier that morning. Kenny was super nice and made sure I was out of there as quickly as possible. He also called me the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly.
Had a very excellent visit at Honda West! Service Advisor Javier Muccigrosso was very pleasant and helpful and apologized when my car was only 10 min later than it was promised and he even apologized when there was a little oil on the paperwork !
Always friendly and fast service when I take my CRV in
The sales person was ok, but when you buy a car for cash, why do you have to be at the dealer for 2 and half hours. This is why i take my vehicles out of town for service and repairs. Example. last week went to get service, pulled in can i get a service job, also could you check my brakes. service was done within 30 minutes, he came to me and explained the brake issue.I asked him if he could take of the problem and he said sure. Out of all my car purchasing experiences, this is definitely one of the top. If you want a no pressure, knowledge filled, customer first sales experience, ask for Ashley Smith. She was great at identifying our needs and filling them while staying right around our budgeted amount. Everyone we talked to, from Ashley to Vanessa for additional accessories to Richie in after market warrantee sales to James in service for accessory installation, has been helpful and pleasant.
