My review is regarding a recent recall for the passenger side airbag. Honda West was willing to resolve no questions asked and I scheduled an appointment at 8:00am last Wednesday. Jarret was a huge help and offered a few other suggested services on my vehicle which were necessary, but not vital. He gave me an honest opinion and I accepted two additional services after we had discussed it. This was my best experience at Honda West and they took great care of me. I would recommend to other Honda owners. Thanks Jarret!
