My driver's side door is jammed due to shattered glass. I need door open so Safelite can replace my window... dealership price is ridiculous, to replace it. , So take my pilot there. Just to get my door open. And first thing I hear from this..oh this will take some time. Meaning you need your door open so it will cost you. So ok left my car and shuttle suppose to take me home. I made an appointment with Colby Cote yesterday at 2pm for an oil change and everything went as smoothly as can be. He also informed me of a transmission recall on my 2016 Accord and suggested I reschedule another appointment to repair the issue next week if I didn't have time. I scheduled the recall appointment for next week and my oil change was completed in a timely manner. Thank you Colby and I'll be seeing you guys again soon!
2nd time i visit honda west to have my change oil service. the staff were amazing but they always forget to verify that i have added oil change service when we bought the car at honda west. They always charge me for it and i have to remind them about that.
